Wærnes is currently the chair of the board in BEWI Invest, the largest shareholder of KMC Properties. He has broad experience from accounting, advisory and board positions, including as regional managing partner and deputy chair of BDO. Wærnes has been actively involved in the company since 2020, through his engagement for BEWI Invest, and served the board of KMC Properties from 2020 to 2023, including as chair of the audit committee.

Prior to his work for KMC Properties, Linge spent three years with the real estate investment team in Fredensborg, and prior to that at the Investment Banking team at Pareto Securities. Linge has a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial Collage Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Norwegian Business School BI.

Ove Rød Henriksen previously held the position as CFO of Siva - Selskapet for industrivekst SF (The Industrial Development Corporation of Norway). Henriksen is a state authorized public accountant and prior to joining Siva, he worked as a Manager for Deloitte. He holds a MSc in Finance from Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a MSc in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Bjørnar André Ulstein is a Norwegian citizen and has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the same institution.

Ulstein was employed by DNB from 2008 to 2021, working as a credit analyst and as a senior relationship manager within the corporate banking division. At DNB, he worked with a wide range of corporates from technology, real estate, manufacturing industry to seafood and seafood-related activity, but from 2016 exclusively on the latter. Ulstein joined BEWI Invest – the largest shareholder of KMC Properties – in 2021 as an investment director and has from January 2022 held the position as CEO of the company. Ulstein sits on the board of several of BEWI Invest’s portfolio companies, amongst other SinkabergHansen, Frøya Laks and BEFORM.

Ulstein is considered independent of the company's executive management and material business contacts, but not of the company's major shareholders.

Mr Astrup is the owner of Surfside Holding AS, a major shareholder in Storm Real Estate, and Storm Norge AS (currently asset manager of Storm Real Estate) and has 20 years of asset management experience. He is a specialist within alternative investments, private equity and real estate. He has held board positions in several international companies and been an advisor to both private and institutional investors in Europe.

Mr Astrup holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School/City University London. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Switzerland.

Astrup is considered an independent director of the board.

Mia Arnhult Mia Arnhult is a current board member and the former CEO of M2 Asset Management AB. She held both positions in the period from 2017 until 2022 when she stepped down as CEO. From 2009 to 2022 she also held the position as CEO of M2 Gruppen. Arnhult is currently the chair of Devyser and TCS Lidingöloppet (where she previously served in the management group), and a board member of M2 Gruppen AB.

Previously, Arnhult has held several other long-term board positions in, among others, M2 Capital Management AB, Devyser Holding AB, Odd Molly, Bactiguard AB, Footway Group AB og Candix AB. In addition, Arnhult worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton Sweden from 1999 to 2004 and Alnebring Revision from 1995 to 1999. Arnhult studied economics at Lund University and later pursued further education at Dale Carnegie in Sweden.

Jonas Grandér is the CEO and co-founder of Nordika, a position he has held since its incorporation in 2011, and serves at the board of directors of Logistea AB. Grandér has previously served as Executive Director and Partner of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Fund in London, United Kingdom from 2005 to 2007 and as Head of the Nordic region of Doughty Hanson & Co from 1999 to 2005. In addition, he previously worked at GE Capital Real Estate. Grandér holds a Master of Science from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Hege Buer has been the chief financial officer of TORPO mobility since February 2023. Buer sits on the board of Pronofa and Slåttland, positions she has held since September 2021 and June 2020, respectively. From 2015 to 2020 Hege served as CFO, and from 2020 to 2022 as CEO, of Jackon. She has previously held positions in Handicare Norge AS, Spectrum ASA, Factor Eiendom ASA, Höegh Autoliners and Ernst & Young. Buer holds a Master in Business from BI Norwegian Business School.

Marianne Bekken is a co-owner of Bekken Invest, indirectly a major shareholder through EBE Eiendom AS, and takes part in strategic decisions in the family company. Marianne Bekken has actively worked in the organization since 2013, as former CEO of KMC Properties and BEWI Insulation Norway.

Marianne Bekken holds a Bachelor Degree in Bussiness and Marketing at BI University.
