Nordika Blue AB ("Nordika") has today, 17 February, sold 295,955 shares in KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties"), resulting in Nordika holding 62,312,741 shares, which corresponds to 14.95 percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company. As a result, Nordika has crossed below the 15 percent threshold. Nordika Förvaltning AB is as the manager the disclosing party on an aggregated level and the controlling entity of Nordika. The shares are effectively held by Flugfiskaren AB, a subsidiary of Nordika. Nordika is represented on the KMC Properties' board of directors and is a close associate to Jonas Grandér, a board member and primary insider at KMC Properties.
