Kristoffer Holmen, the CFO of KMC Properties has informed the CEO and the board that he has decided to resign from his position to take the position as CFO in Merkantilbygg. Holmen has a notice period of three months and will be leaving the company by the end of July. He will maintain his responsibilities as CFO until further notice. KMC Properties will start the process to find a replacement for Holmen as soon as practically possible. "We are sorry that Kristoffer has decided to pursue opportunities outside KMC Properties.
